After checkout we guide you through the whole build:

1. Scan — we send you the ARMA Hand Scan app for iPhone; sweep each hand in under a minute
2. Build — your scan becomes a precise 3D twin, then we fabricate onto the mold
3. Wear — your gloves ship to you, a true second skin

How payment works: you pay a deposit today ($20 of $135 for football, $20 of $65 for golf). The remaining balance becomes due only after you complete your ARMA hand scan and confirm your order for production — not when the scan app launches. Your card is saved securely by Stripe for that later charge.

Hand scanning: expected to become available beginning February 2027. We'll email you when it's your turn.

Delivery: ARMA is built in small runs, one athlete at a time. Preorders are expected to ship in August 2027. That is an estimate based on our current development and manufacturing plan, not a guaranteed date — it may run longer, and we'll keep you posted every step.

Golf: Golf is a single-glove sport — you'll receive one glove, matched to your gloved hand.

Shipping: Free shipping across the U.S.

Cancellations: You may cancel your preorder within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund of your deposit — email hello@armadillogloves.com. After that, the deposit is not refundable simply because you changed your mind, except where we authorise an exception or the law requires otherwise. Cancelling also cancels the remaining balance; we never charge it on a cancelled order.

If we are late or cannot deliver: if we can't ship within the timeframe shown on your order, we'll email you with a revised date and the option to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund — whether or not your 30-day period has passed.

On arrival: report any shipping damage or manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we'll repair, replace or refund. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
